Responsible for assisting Receiving Manager in daily operations of receiving department, Coordinating flow of inventory throughout warehouse, Leading and directing a diverse team of employees, inventory control and organization on warehouse for smooth flow of merchandise orders to customers.

Responsible for picking/shipping retail customer orders, maintaining E-commerce orders and inventory, assisting with new product launches, coordination of product flow throughout multiple warehouse, safe operation of equipment and supervision of diverse staff of employees during seasonal volume.

Responsible for quality control both inbound/outbound shipments, detailed purchase order verification, warehouse inventory control, cycle counts, use of heavy equipment, collaborate and assist warehouse manager with daily operations.

Responsible to assist with IT issues at corporate offices and surrounding retail outlets, conduct retail outlets operational audits throughout multiple states and implementation of security protocols

Responsible for picking/staging/loading customer orders, contractor relations, quality control both inbound/outbound products, data entry, verification of all outbound shipments and warehouse inventory control.

Responsible for attaining established sales,gross margin, staffing and inventory goals, collaborating with store manager on sales/payroll/inventory/scheduling for store, training of new and existing employees, planning and executing product marketing and special events.

Responsible for support of daily operations and sales promoting 1000+ items, Supported multiple operations around Louisville market assisting managers with inventory control, vendor/customer relations/implementing sales of promotional items to meet stores business strategies. Continually increasing knowledge of new products and marketing trends for nutritional supplements.
