Accomplishments

I am solution oriented -Seek and Implement a Solution

Not uncommon to be placed on a troublesome machine to identify the root cause of the problem.

Have been taught, and use JIT, Kanban practices and Quality Assurance Data Practices. IOS Audits part of daily procedures as well, both in quality measures and environmental measures.

Most machines are single operator, some are not. Because of my ability to "float" I will be teamed on a dual operator machine to produce quality parts in the minimal time while being in step with the other operator.
