• Create an optimized weekly factory schedule utilizing Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP and APO in collaboration with Operations Planning, Plant Logistics, R&D and Manufacturing departments.

• Manage the weekly planning board in APO and SAP creating optimized schedules and advising other departments schedule allowances and constraints.

• Using BY, manage the production calendar by updating maintenance events, production shut-downs, resource availability and miscellaneous events to appropriately reflect available line hours for Operations Planning.

• Make schedule adjustments in APO and SAP based on changing conditions within the manufacturing pipeline and daily requirements.

• Work closely with Manufacturing to develop an extensive familiarity with the company’s workforce and equipment capabilities, productivity trends and constraints.

• Utilizing SAP, Microsoft Excel and Tesi Square plan and order weekly call off items needed for production, as well as ancillary machine restock items.

• Escalate weekly production capacity and schedule constraints to the Plant Logistics Manager and Operations Planner.

• Track OTIF against select Suppliers and report to the Procurement team on a quarterly basis.

• Work closely with the Inventory Controls Specialist to ensure continuity of the production schedule by escalating at risk packaging and raw materials.

• Support Manufacturing with product sequencing, staffing resource allocation and plant optimization projects.

• Work closely with Operations Planner to confirm requirements and react quickly to any new needs of the business.

• Work with Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing teams to implement lean processes.

• Lend factory and planning expertise to support new product launches.

• Prepare Manufacturing and Logistics Planning KPIs and other reports as needed and required.
