- Set up and took down training equipment (cones, goals, balls, pennies, etc.) before and after each session to ensure practices ran smoothly.
- Maintained organization of uniforms and gear, tracked equipment condition, and promptly reported damages or replacements needed to the head coach.
- Assisted the coach during training sessions by preparing drills in advance, retrieving additional equipment on short notice, and supporting transitions between activities.
- Helped load and unload gear for practices and games, consistently arriving 10–15 minutes early to be prepared before the coach and players.
- Served as a practice demo player when needed, modeling drills and techniques for younger players as both a guide and motivator.
