  • Trained all newly hired staff by teaching tried-and-true sales practices, procedures and sales strategies, via the use of printed training materials, role playing and oral and written quizzes, among other things.
  • Held one-on-one meetings with sales team members to identify selling hurdles and offered insight into best remedy and provided training to assist in that remedy.
  • Performed group sales presentations for clients showing success and credibility of company, product quality, as well as benefits of our product versus any competitors' similar products or Retail.
  • Created and continuously updated and distributed training materials to all new as well as existing reps and Managers, resulting in everyone being "on the same page" at all times regarding any changes or procedures
  • Met with clients as a Front Line Sales Rep, as needed and whenever possible, to assist in the sales process when the clients outnumbered reps available for work
  • Assisted and resolved client/employee/other issues as they arose throughout the course of the night in conjunction with or in the absence of another Manager
