
I have worked as a Building Manager at the UH Hilo Student Life Center and as an Intramural Manager for the UH Hilo Intramural program while being a student at the UH Hilo. After finishing college, I transitioned into the process of becoming a Police Officer for the Hawaii County Police Department. At the start of my career, I endured 10-months of intensive training; which included 6-months of controlled environment scenarios and classroom studying, and 4-months of field training. I was then appointed the privilege of being a patrol man and served in the district of Kona for 10-months. I then transferred to serve in the district of Puna, which is has been my assignment for the past 21-months.
Duties Summary
Under general supervision, performs police work of moderate difficulty and complexity in law enforcement, crime prevention, investigations, or in other specialized areas; may perform plain clothes assignments; and performs other related duties as required.

To manage, oversee, and monitor Campus Recreation operation. Oversee safety, of participants and procedure loyalty for all programs in facility while providing guidance, leadership and evaluation feedback for equipment issue, intramurals; marketing and secure areas are including opening/closing responsibilities.
Responsible for all areas of customer service, security, safety, facility maintenance, supervision of facility staff, and emergency procedures. Managed daily operations for a smooth-running residential building, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
