Participant, Arkansas Summer Research Institute, Bryant, Arkansas, 06/2022:

  • The Arkansas Summer Research Institute (ASRI) is an intensive professional development event hosted by Arkansas NSF EPSCoR & DART in collaboration with the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, & the Arts (ASMSA).
  • Conducted a self-lead research project focusing upon correlation research between material properties and solar efficiency in relation of use in solar cells
  • Utilized python and given data to create a program capable of inputting material data and establishing a specific relationship between OPT Bandgaps and Solar Efficiency for variability

Engineering Intern, Whiting Systems, Alexander, Arkansas, 08/2019-07/2020:

  • Completed a one-year program focused upon electrical engineering workloads from schematic design/creation to hands on control board construction.
  • Worked to Research and Develop specialized control panel for a customer, with its own unique specifications and problem scenario including: Custom rain test mode, complete wiring overhaul, union between old and new communication networks, and a dynamic valve layout.
  • Work involved many projects, including researching processes for building control panels, creating schematics for various products/special control panels, and wiring the control panels
