Completed 14 weeks training course for certification. Training included certification in PPCT, shotgun and pistol qualification, inmate manipulation, CIT, jail operations, and Verbal Judo. Ability to perform custody operations, and utilize the jail tracker operations system. Ability to supervise inmate activities, conduct security checks, monitor inmate behavior, report suspicious activities and perform conflict resolutions.

25 years as a Senior Technician of 3 suspension business units consisting of shocks, struts, and our machining department. I maintained equipment from manual pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical machines to advanced FANUC robotics, Keyence, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLC driven automated equipment. I oversaw the maintenance personnel under me, coordinated with vendors, suppliers and contractors, and worked with our Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety departments to optimize safe, and quality driven production processes.

Worked as Infantry soldier in National Guard where was promoted Sergeant over Sniper Section for our battalion deployment to Iraq in 2006-2008. Also served as Assistant Readiness NCO for the battalion during the the deployment to Iraq in 2012 to 2013. Honorably discharged as Staff Sergeant in January of 2015. I maintained being self motivated and worked well in fast and extreme pressure situations
