combined experience in the utility and commercial construction industries, I bring a strong foundation of field knowledge and hands-on expertise to my role in Health, and Safety. Having previously worked as a lineman before moving into safety management, I’ve participated in extensive pole change-outs, maintenance, repair, restoration, troubleshooting, and multi-mile reconduct projects, gaining firsthand insight into the daily challenges crews face. This background has shaped my practical approach to safety, allowing me to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and real-world application to ensure every worker returns home safely.
During my time within the safety field, I’ve gained extensive experience in recordkeeping, documentation, and safety management, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards. I’ve conducted facility, job site, and crew audits focused on continuous improvement and proactive incident prevention. My responsibilities have also included supporting/leading incident investigations, developing corrective action plans, and assisting with safety training programs—all aimed at reducing risk and strengthening safety performance across operations.
I hold the CUSP credential with a T&D endorsement as well as multiple OSHA certifications, including OSHA 10, 30, 510, and 3115, along with 2024 NFPA 70E qualified person training and several train-the-trainer credentials. My passion lies in promoting a strong safety culture through education, communication, and engagement—empowering teams to take ownership of safe work practices. I’m committed to continuing my growth as a safety professional and making a lasting impact by fostering environments where safety, productivity, and teamwork go hand in hand.
