Experience in providing overall supervision of the wound care service area patients in concert with additional leadership and interacting with the health system departments, medical staff and patient/families. Has experience inn scheduleing when wound care is to be provided by specialist and educating and training bedside staff in performing basic wound care treatment outside of Wound Care Assessments.
Implements the nursing process which assesses, diagnoses, establishes a plan with outcome criteria, intervenes, evaluates, and documents human responses to actual or potential health problems.
Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care of patients on wound care service.
