  • I would reach out to our clients to confirm and verify that all the documents we received are, in fact, accurate, so that we could proceed with their transfer of said properties and contracts. I would also contact the resorts to verify that all the owner information is correct. Other tasks would involve reaching out to the client and making sure all the taxes and maintenance fees are paid on the property/contract. I communicated with our vendors to accurately provide an update for each client.

  • I sent out offer letters for a maintenance program that Texas Tile Roofing provides. I would handle all the scheduling for the program and manage logistics for the program as well. I speak with the customers over the phone to discuss the bid we send out to the client for the maintenance program. I handle all the invoicing for the program. I also handle typing up the repair bids for any homeowners and also scheduling any inspections for repairs, along with communication with the homeowner regarding payment and completion of the repairs. I also handle all of the PO's from the vendors for said repairs, as well as the account management for the repair department. I do know how to drive a forklift, but I'm not certified.

  • Upon arriving for my shift, I would do a vehicle inspection of my van, and I would make sure that there were no scrapes, dings, or malfunctioning equipment. Once that was completed, I drove to the fulfillment center to load my van according to my delivery schedule. I would organize my packages according to my schedule to make finding the correct packages easier, so that I could be a more efficient delivery driver. Upon each drop off, I would confirm the drop off of each package by taking a picture or getting a signature from the customer. At the end of the shift, I would fill up my vehicle and clean it out. Once that was completed, I would do another vehicle inspection report to record my miles and report any equipment malfunctions, dings, and scrapes.

  • I would be scheduled for a list of appointments that would require a field technician to complete. This would include getting the brush pole to get any cobwebs and/ or wasp nests off the exterior of the house and/ or property. Depending on the service the client was on, I would spray inside or outside the house to prevent bugs and pests. Upon arriving at the clients house I would have to login to our company system to see what stage they were on to provide the correct pesticide for bug deterrent. If their plan required it, I would also treat the yard. In some cases, I would also set off bug bombs upon the client's request. I would also set rodent traps as well as bug traps. At the end of each appointment, I would have to record each exact measurement of each pesticide used on the property, which would also include how many rodent traps, bug traps, and how much wasp spray were used. I also had to make sure that when I was doing outside treatments, there couldn't be any runoff from the pesticides into any streams or any standing water. At the end of every shift, I had to wash out my backpack sprayer to prevent any mixed pesticides and to keep the backpack sprayer in working and excellent condition. At the end of every appointment, I would also have to charge any payment that was on file for services rendered. I was also expected to keep my vehicle well-maintained and in excellent condition.

  • I would start the day by vacuuming my vehicle, cleaning it, and conducting an inspection so that I can transport people safely and promptly from one place to another. I would also have refreshments ready for any passengers who would like one. I usually only have one or two days off, and my daily schedule is 9 am-7 pm. Just like any business, I would have to go where the money is.

  • I would answer the phone to take any calls the company would have and provide excellent customer service. I was in charge of scheduling for the inspectors to go out to job sites to inspect roofs. As soon as the inspector turned in the inspection report, I would gather all that information to give to our estimator so they can do pricing for the job.
  • When the estimator was done gathering all the pricing for the material and labor costs, I then would type up a proposal or bid to give to our client for him or her to review. I also kept track of the GPS tracking system of all of the company vehicles. From time to time, I had to operate a forklift to unload and load material off and on commercial vehicles in a timely and safe manner.
  • At our tile yard at our other location, I would re-palletize old and no longer made tile so we could re-use on repairs and old historic buildings. I would operate a Bobcat daily in our tile yard to move the product to different locations in the yard after re-palletizing it.

  • I would pick up clients and take them to their designated locations of their choosing. I would later come back to pick them up from that location to take them to another place of their choosing. I would also do hospital transfers, where I would pick up the client and transport them to a different hospital or urgent care center. The client would pay us through the federal assistance program or by insurance. I would have to maintain my bus/van and clean it at the end of every shift, and do a daily check over of the bus\van every morning upon arrival and at the beginning of every shift. I would also have to do long shifts exceeding 12 hours at least due to long trips for clients.
