11 Months- Performed Verizon 5G network upgrades, installing C-Band, Dual-Band radios, antennas, CBRS, OVPs, and new power/fiber trunks while utilizing existing infrastructure when applicable. Completing close-out package effectively and efficiently. Along with the decommissioning after integration.
- Conducted Motorola communication- site inspections for the city of Dallas, testing equipment to identify faults and deficiencies, replacing failed components and equipment, and re-weatherproofing all connections as preventative maintenance.
- Completed GoGo network upgrades, installing new equipment and decommissioning legacy lower-sector equipment and steel after integration. Including ground side as well. Installing new cabinets and radios in shelter and running super-flex to existing hardlines after cutover.
- Upgraded microwave communication systems by installing new, radios, feed horns, and associated equipment. Pathing old dish after cutover and decommissioning of old waveguide.

3 Years 3 Months- Performed AT&T network upgrades and new site builds, installing antennas, radios, mounts, cabling, and associated tower equipment according to RFDS, CD's and SOW.
- Completed ground-up tower builds and equipment installations using cranes and steel winch-line systems to safely hoist and position equipment at height.
- Performed tower-top rigging, equipment hoisting, antenna and radio installation, and structural hardware installation during new builds and site upgrades.
