I've worked in the construction industry for 30 years as a union drywall finisher. I've been a part of several buildings being built, and it still brings me joy to see an empty lot turn into a masterpiece. For the last few years, I've gotten involved in Safety. I chose this, because i wanted to train and mentor those who come behind me in the trades. I've took the initiative to study in my own time and acquire the necessary certifications needed to support my new journey. I'm currently working towards achieving my CHST certification which will make me very valuable in the EHS field. I will continue to strive to become a respected leader in the EHS field just like i was when i was a drywall finisher.
