• Oversee Scientist I & II's
• Plan and coordinate the daily operation activities for employees
• Identify any gaps and inconsistencies in data
• Participate (occasionally) with client calls or meetings on scientific matters
• Train new scientists
• Review Notebooks and laboratory data

· Scientist I activities along with other duties listed below

· Develop, qualify, or validate various types of immunoassays

· Review calibration/maintenance, reconstitution and protein processing data and notebook documentation

· Analyze data and interprets results with limited input from senior staff

· Advises and supports more junior scientists and laboratory managers

• Prepare reagents and buffers in accordance with SOPs, methods, and Sponsor instructions
• Execute regulated immunoassay methods (e.g. ELISA PK, ADA or Biomarker assays)
• Analyze data and interprets results with input from senior staff
• Manages and keeps current on all training requirements

• Assisted in the administration of medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.
• Enhanced patient care by assisting veterinarians with examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
• Cleaned and disinfected exam areas, surgical equipment, and kennels to prevent diseases and control odors.
