Some of the more complex repairs I have done include, replacing a bent half of an axle on a JCB 12k reach fork/Telehandler, replacing the hose track inside the boom of a Genie 12k reach fork which required separating boom sections, replacing hoses inside the boom of a JCB 12k reach fork which required removing the Hose Matrix from the rear of the boom. These are all repairs that would ordinarily be sent to a designated hard down or major repair location. We did not rebuild engines at United but I have replaced multiple engines in various equipment and while at tech successfully rebuilt a Cat c11 engine. While on my personal time I have rebuilt a Kubota d902 and a Ford 300 inline 6. One of the most technically complex repairs I have done was a Generac 55kva generator that was dropped off a truck, I had to replace most of the housing, engine mounts, and bent exhaust. The process involved disconnecting/reconnecting, labeling, and routing hundreds of wires correctly and was completed successfully with no issues.
