Summary

Customer services: I am greatly in tune and love when it comes to customer services. To have well over 30,000's of hours of interactions with customers from polite, to just combative. I know I can handle them all. Which I put a lot of patience towards to resolve to the best of my knowledge and available resources. Also, personally I know if I was in their shoes, I would want to be helped and treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. But I always make sure they leave my presence with a smile and satisfaction. This is exactly what I give each customer I have an interaction with, may it be over the phone or face to face. I always make sure it always ends great and makes the company look amazing. But if I can't help them, I make sure personally, that I find the solution to their problem or guide them into the perfect hands that can. Also I am great under pressure when it comes to making tough calls, when needed for a customer just isn't being recessive to wanting to be helped. High School Acquired Skills: I was the first with a few others in my freshman year, who took part in our High School first IT Class. Which came with the process of learning the ends and outs for computers. From building, coding, and lastly to setting the PC with my personal touch. Which all the classes went with a huge success! And me and about 9 others were certified as the "Grandfathers' ' being the first to test such a class in our school system and have passed. Other skills I acquired were "Wood Tech and Safety" and "Houses Building" which showed us the basics of basic house tools, to big manufactured wood cutting equipment, and how to operate and or design wood specifically needed. Also acquired skills and ways on house building, and did build one in my city (Beloit) sponsored by my previous high school (Beloit Memorial High School) with my class. Started from concrete base, up to finishing touches inside the houses and polishing and applying finish on the floor to complete said build. Personal Attitude and Attribute: I am a very well defined and well-rounded person when met. Very gentle upon approach, unless I need to adapt to my changing environment making me easily moldable to my surroundings. I always show hunger and driven passion and determination which is always instilled in my heart and makes me stand out amongst all people. I always take away from any job I work, learn fast, and absorb all skills to improve my weak areas, to strengthen them so it may no longer be a weakness. I am a very self-driven and big team player with listening in and stargazing with others, which means hearing them all out and formulating together what would work best option with everything we put on the table logically as a group for mission complete. While also taking initiative and charge right away if others hesitate to step to the demands needed.
