Growing up around sports and later becoming a college football player at Texas Southern University, I’ve always been passionate about the human body and what it’s capable of. Being part of a competitive athletic environment taught me more than just how to perform on the field it gave me a deep appreciation for health, strength, recovery, and the importance of taking care of both the body and mind.
Outside of football, I’ve worked as a lifeguard and an assistant trainer roles that helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility and gave me valuable hands-on experience in injury prevention, safety, and supporting others in their physical goals. Whether I was responding to an emergency or helping someone through a training routine, I loved being part of a process that made people feel stronger and more confident.
These experiences have inspired me to continue learning and growing in the field of Health and Human Performance. I’m ready to take the next step, not just to advance my own knowledge, but to one day help others reach their highest potential. I believe I’d be a great fit for your program because I bring not only real-world experience but also a genuine passion for helping others improve their well-being through movement, strength, and science.
