• Foster positive culture amongst department that focuses on solution-oriented thinking and loyalty to school and efforts of administration.
• Support overall goal of academic success for all students and the campus changes that may be required in that endeavor.
• Act as data manager for department and as data liaison from teachers to administration.
• Promote PLC process and collaborative culture on campus and collect PLC agendas from team leaders to be reported to administration.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept feedback and make corrections based on advice from peers, parents and principal

• Collaborating planning with 8th grade team to develop learning studios, answering task cards in small groups, think-pair-share to encourage collaboration within classroom
• Utilized multiple sources, including textbooks and online educational apps like Quizzes, Edpuzzle, Screencastify and Flipgrid to increase student engagement
• Maintained with great success open lines of communication with parents, students and administration on daily bases by using remind 101 and Google classroom
• Collaborated with specialists to meet needs of Special education and English-language learning students requiring extra support
• Kept classroom environments consistent and focused on learning by establishing and enforcing clear objectives.

7th/8th grade Science/High School Biology

• Increase Biology EOC scores from 33% to 77% approaches and from 6% to 33% meets
• Lead in writing district instructional goals, objectives, curriculum and instructional as well as assessments for 7th grade, 8th grade, and Biology
• Differentiated and strategized lessons that addressed instruction and communion skills for high ELL, at risk and low socio-economic population
