Raising Cane's Crew Members work in various areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, dining room, kitchen, and drive-thru, to provide a positive customer experience while wearing many hats (including a Raising Cane’s hat) while working hard and having fun as a critical part of the Restaurant team.

Intramural Sports Officials will provide an enjoyable sports environment by enforcing the rules of the game, controlling the game environment within the intent of the rules, ensuring that the game is played fairly & upholding sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Officials are "Initial Responders" to address Sporting Behavior
• Impartial representatives of th game, acknowledge others' point of view & maintain respect for all
• Always maintain a professional & respectful demeanor
• Ensure a positive sporting environment while controlling the game environment
• Complete assigned exams or tasks during training & throughout the intramural season
• Apply sports rules consistently
• Officiate the game within the intent of the rules
• Consistently enforce & assess appropriate penalties by the rules of the sport
• Make instantaneous decisions, problem-solve & manage potential conflicts
• Listen & learn from constructive criticism
• Assigned scorekeeper shifts for designed sports
• Assist Intramural Management with duties/tasks/projects, be a team player & follow their leadership

The Team Member is responsible for working directly with guests and fellow team members to Spread Joy, Enrich Lives and Serve Others. This person will support up to three functional areas of the restaurant: Service, Sandwich Line and Production.

• Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible.
• Maintain a sate, clean, and organized work area according to Chicken Salad Chick (CSC) standards.
• Monitor quality, safety and appearance of al products and ingredients.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly ni accordance with CSC standards.
• Restock work area before leaving shift.
• Adhere to Company uniform and grooming standards.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
• Report problems (faulty equipment, product shortages, etc.) to supervisor promptly.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
