- Back up forman duties doing time sheets , daily progress reports , weld reports , tracking down materials for jobs . Line out work crews . Making sure safe work practices are followed which included following Saftey rules , LOTO , fall protection and correct personal protective equipment for each job task!
- Fabricated and installed screw piping ,socket weld pipe and butt welds , bend , fab and install stainless steel tubing for steam , fuel gas on furnace , pump lube tubing .
- Threaded pipes using pipe threading machines.
- Use plasma cutter and cutting torch to cut steel plates for various jobs .
- Performed hydro tests on piping to check quality of welds on pipe and piping systems .
- Preformed 200psi nitrogen tubing test on tubing to check for leaks before being replaced and installed in feild.
