Successfully managed a 5 personal team to conduct accurate Inspection on well heads and up flow stream fluids. We

collaborated with other contractors onsite to streamline workflows, improve interdepartmental coordination, and achieve our goal of 65-70 barrels a day. Worked flexible hours across night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

I have also taken the role in Capital projects and plan out with contractors and facilitate progress with MOC structure. Implemented safety protocols, resulting in a decrease in workplace accidents and improved compliance with industry regulations.

· Rearranged process to delint Regulated DUP (GLIX/GLIXTP) material in commercial plant with 80% return rate.
