At Fabulous Freddy’s Car Wash, I consistently took on additional responsibilities beyond my assigned role. I helped train and support new employees by teaching proper cleaning techniques, customer service standards, safety practices, and equipment operation. I developed strong leadership and communication skills by helping coworkers improve their performance and maintaining a positive work environment. I also gained experience with vehicle detailing, equipment maintenance, and handling customer concerns while working efficiently in a fast paced outdoor environment.
