The Leadership Cadre is a professional learning program designed to prepare educators for the assistant principal role by developing essential leadership skills and competencies. Participants engage in targeted professional learning aligned to instructional leadership, school culture, and operational systems. The cadre provides ongoing mentorship and hands-on leadership experiences that allow participants to apply learning in real school-based contexts. Through coaching, collaboration, and job-embedded practice, participants strengthen their ability to support teachers, foster positive school environments, and manage key operational responsibilities.
