My daily responsibilities as a Cell Leader

• Lead and support the production team during the shift.
• Assign tasks and make sure work is completed correctly and on time.
• Monitor production, quality, and safety requirements.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate important information to employees.
• Support operators with machine, material, and process issues.
• Perform and coordinate lot changes, ensuring correct materials, lot numbers, and documentation.
• Work with Maintenance, Quality, and Supervisors to resolve production issues.
• Ensure employees follow GMP, SOP, PPE, and safety procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor production schedules and help meet daily production goals.
• Train and support team members when needed.
• Complete and review production documentation and records.
• Communicate shift information and provide a clear handoff to the next shift.

Machine Operator

• Operatedand monitor automated production equipment.
• Set up and adjust the machine according to production requirements.
• Load materials and monitor the production process.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
• Follow GMP, SOP, PPE, and safety requirements.
• Complete production records and documentation.
• Identify machine or quality issues and report them.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Pack finished products into boxes.
• Check labels and packaging.
• Inspect products for quality.
• Keep the production line clean and organized.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules.
• Meet production goals.
• Work as part of a team.
• Report problems to the machine operator or supervisor.

• Operated industrial sewing machines to assemble garment components with consistent stitch quality.
• Inspected finished pieces for defects, ensuring seams, hems, and measurements met specifications.
• Adjusted machine settings for fabric type, thread tension, and stitch patterns.
• Maintained production pace while meeting daily sewing and finishing requirements.

I taught girls and women how to read the Quran in Arabic, as well as Islamic history and the tenets of Islam. It was also my first experience working with people.
