- As a Defensive Coach at Sunnyside(2022-2023) I gained experience working with other assistants to teach and install a Defensive system that was a complete overhaul of how we had schematically played defense in prior years. Pretty much every aspect of the defense changed. I helped organize weekly meetings with coaches to help speed up the process of learning the new scheme, then once we could legally talk to players about football helping run those meetings after lifting to get their learning sped up.
- Starting with post-season analysis and moving through coaching clinics, I collaborated with the head coach to revise and adjust our Defensive system to fit our players and personnel for the varsity and subvarsity teams.
- By creating and presenting a collaborative playbook on Hudl for players and coaches to be used to teach, adjust, and install a Defensive system, we were able to adjust the system based on the needs and talents of our player and coaching personnel.
