Ensures that safe practices are followed, directly from the NAVFAC P-307, and that the quality and quantity of the work is maintained. Trained and assisted nearly 100 employees with inadequate computer knowledge as well as participated in multiple training segments during monthly safety awareness meetings using videos, web based material, power point presentation to keep employees up to date on training requirements and safety.

Possess extensive knowledge on fall protection and can effectively identify the proper gear, clearance requirements, rated capacity.

  • Attained full control of many lifts considered to be complex, as described by the NAVFAC P-307, providing an excellent record of accurate calculations, flawless planning, and accident-free operations, while also implementing best work practices and JHA's, in accordance with OSHA standards.
