Managed daily station operations to maintain efficient uptime, including dump unit and tank inspections, load coordination, leak verification, equipment rebuild coordination, and monitoring equipment levels and pressure within target PSI ranges. Getting in all appropriate paperwork needed for a task. Making sure it is done in a safely manner. Goal it to keep stations running a 100% efficiency.

• Perform routine Monday truck inspections, clean equipment, and restock supplies. Troubleshoot panels with power loss, replace or remove fuses when locations go down, and assist with pump troubleshooting. Replace motors on pump jacks and change worn belts as needed. Support larger jobs by bending conduit, placing panels, running 480 power to panels, and setting up power runs for pump jacks. As well as bringing leases bol after a storm. Being able to trouble shoot a bad motor or motor run/ bad components.

• I would perform maintenance on the pipeline like up all valves to shoot the pig down the pipeline make sure the pumps were running good after we send a pig and check trash pump make sure it was clean line everything back up for the next time we had a pig that line daily we would clean the truck stock up on pigs and before we got to location fill out a JSA permits to work

• Repairing and servicing light towers, fuel tanks,trash pumps and generators taking equipment out to location once on location fill out JSA as my ticket and preform trouble shooting if needed rebuilding trash pumps and installing halo lights on the crown of rigs running electrical cord and power up the lights as well as welding and cutting and paint all equipment that comes in the shop And help out where it is needed

• Run pigs through the pipes collect samples redirect flow as needed to send the pig do lock out tag out procedures. Bleed down the line if valves or any maintenance that needs to be done.Every few weeks do chemical treats and run lil tools, blow down the pipeline also have helped out doing hydrates in the winter get coordinates for pipe for up coming lines that needed to be pigged stock the truck with everything we needed to perform the jobs that were given

• When I was working with mrc global as a forklift operator I would pull orders on a stand up forklift make sure my count was right wrap the order and stage it. Later got moved out side to be a pipe loader to load and stock pipe would go over my paperwork turn in tickets once order was finished. Would do daily checks on my forklift. When loading pipe I would have to make sure no one was in my area to safely load it. I do got my certification for all forklifts

• Jan I was a water transfer I would check my tank levels and make sure they didn’t get to full if the did I would turn on my pump to push more water out or if it got to low I would turn off my pump at the end of each day I would check my pump for maintenance and fill it will diesel and make sure my light tower was topped off to then I got moved up to chemical operator I pump chemicals down a hole at a frac sight Through the stages I take water samples change out my totes and do the equation given to get right amount pumping daily house cleaning make sure my pumps were running right fill out my ticket at the end of each stage at the end of the day I would take down all my inventory and send in what I need
