- Operate rides in a safe and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service
- Assist with loading and unloading of passengers on rides
- Perform daily inspections of rides to ensure they are functioning properly
- Maintain cleanliness of ride area and surrounding areas
- Provide information about rides and attractions to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure the safety of all guests by following all ride and park policies, procedures, and regulations
- Follow emergency evacuation procedures as needed
- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to management immediately
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as required
- Ensure that all guests have valid tickets or passes before entering the ride
