Responsible for safe and efficient PGM coating of diesel catalysts on an assembly line. Performs the immediate actions required to set up the line for each lot, monitors and trouble shoots the equipment associated with the manufacturing of diesel catalyst, and monitors and controls the production process. Utilizes root cause analysis and coordination with other departments to address any down time and fix any quality issues.

Responsible for the discipline, professional development, and coordination of 15 team members. Plans and coordinates training to ensure personnel are able to effectively perform their assigned job tasks. Accountable for the care and proper use of weapons, vehicles, and other US government property.

Worked within a rotational program as an assistant process engineer. Performed projects such as unit process modeling, equipment sizing, coupon testing, and OEE reporting automation. Developed a training program for automating process data collection from Aspen Process Explorer.

Within the confines of the Croda Graduate Trainee Program, spent a 5 month secondment in a cGMP environment at a newly acquired biotech company. Performed manufacturing duties within a pharmaceutical-grade laboratory environment to help fulfill a contract with Pfizer to make COVID-19 vaccine
ingredients.
