My wife and I operate a Sea Buckthorn berry farm on our residence farm in ND.
I am certified in advanced HACCP training from the University of Minnesota and currently train the trainers and develop HACCP plans for ROP and smoking/curing. I am also certified by Prometrics as (CPFM) Certified Professional Food Manager.
