I purchased the company in November 2019. Key accomplishments include:

Managing both plumbing and HVAC sales, achieving $2.5 million in combined sales in 2023 while running the rest of the company. Since then, I have managed and supervised sales consultants while continuing running sales calls as needed. I consistently achieved a close rate exceeding 60% with an average ticket of over $12,500 for HVAC and a slightly lower amount for plumbing.
* Consistently surpassed budget, gross margin, and EBITDA goals.
* Successfully negotiated the sale of the business to a private equity firm in June 2023.
