As a self employed freelancer, I currently drive for multiple gig apps, use computer graphics to design and draw plan sets for clients for submission to municipal jurisdictions for building permits and manage a personal stock video footage portfolio for sale across multiple platforms.

In a call center environment, assisted account holders with their accounts and performed first layer verification and security.

In under two years, was promoted to a Credit Authorization Specialist where I pulled and reviewed credit reports for credit line increases where acceptable and assisted with new hire training classes.

Each of my annual performance reviews achieved a rating of “ Consistently Exceeded Performance Expectations by a Clear and Measurable Margin .”

Job duties included preparing detailed routes, serving subpoenas, obtaining case documents, and photocopying records gathered from case litigants. Because of the high quality of my work and ability to consistently meet or exceed goals and deadlines, I was given the task of training new field reps for Northern and Southern California.

Used strong de-escalation skills to resolve customer account and billing concerns while providing outstanding customer service in a call center environment.

Job duties included customer service, making reservations, assisting HR with new applicant interview initial screening process and training new hires, sharing best practices for effective customer service delivery. Achieved Excellence in Customer Service Award on a quarterly basis.
