Working on a joint venture, I was tasked with looking after 400 branches across several counties to increase their foreign exchanges sales across multiples services and products available to the public with the return of holidays and the ability to go abroad following COVID-19.


Key Responsibilities included


  • Developing developing growth and sales in every branch for foreign exchange
  • Coaching the branches about competitor analysis, showcasing how to gain small and large wins to improve performances.
  • Demonstrating, coaching and training branches on a range of Foreign Exchange products
  • Responsible for branches up to £250,000 turnover pre-pandemic, a 7% increase was made, on average, in foreign sales, with the region hitting 18 million.

  • Supporting the General Managers, and their individual sales teams, with targeted sales campaigns whilst working closely with them to develop the growth of each club and their membership numbers
  • Competitor analysis carried out on independent and chained facilities
  • Generating member feedback and reporting these finds to the franchise to improve each club.
  • Creating, implementing and improving performance levels across all teams.


During my time I oversaw an average increase of 32% in membership across the clubs.
