I have had the opprtunity of serving as a Worship Pastor for 16 years. That experience has created a proven track record of meaningful and engaging worship experiences. I am known as a leader who holds a high standard of musical excellence and harnesses the ability to lead a team to the same expectation. I operate with a very high capacity in planning and organization, while being open and obedient to the moving of the Holy Spirit. I am outwardly passionate in leading others in worship. This passion is simply an outpouring from a heart that has been changed by the Gospel. I believe that worship is not a performance, and I strive to attain unity in full, active, congregational engagement, and participation. I believe our Sunday gatherings should be the work of the people. I am deeply enthusiastic about growing a team of volunteers and developing them to greater steward their gifts and mentoring the upcoming worship leaders of tomorrow.
