• Responsible of complete BI lifecycle including collecting, documenting, analyzing business requirements, data analysis, visualizations, report and dashboard development,
• Developing the metadata , data model and data packages.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of the data and reports available within all reporting environments through meticulous testing, automated and manual data reviews.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and business users, therefore business acumen is required.
• Responsible and accountable for quality assurance and verification procedures. All reports and dashboards must be checked and verified for competence, accuracy and ensure data integrity before releasing to stakeholders

• Data Gathering: Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external APIs
• Data Cleaning and Transformation: Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies
• Reporting and Dashboard Development: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Data visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software
• Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models, such as data warehouses or data cubes, to support reporting and analysis
• Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize the performance of BI solutions and data infrastructure
• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs
• Data Governance: Ensure data quality, data security, and compliance with data privacy regulations
• Recommendations and Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and tactical decision-making
• Documentation: Maintain documentation related to data sources, data transformations, and reporting processes
• Training and Support: Train end-users on BI tools and provide support as needed.

• Managing the Operation team, a team of four engineers, serving as the front end of the BI department
• Develop consistent approaches and methodologies for data analysis, automate repeatable tasks and drive process efficiencies

• Establish operational objectives and work plans, and delegate assignments to subordinates
• Coach and teach - collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, Revenue Assurance, and Network teams to drive business outcomes

• Lunching four dashboards for different business areas showing the main KPI’s. Increasing the data availability from 70% to 90% of the annual calendar days.

• Managing the BI team at Sudatel Telecom Group, the team is divided into operation and development team
• Mentor and lead a technical team in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Manage incoming data/reporting requests and delegate to appropriate resources
• Work with different stakeholders to improve quality of information in warehouse

• Dealing with the company BI systems analyzing the requirement requested from business users and retrieving necessary information to Create Daily, weekly and Monthly Reports
• Representing the interface between the BI Unit and the other departments
• Supervise the Unit following up the Projects, Plans and Tasks
• Deliver useful Understandable information to users using Structured Query Language (SQL) techniques starting from: Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions
• Create the appropriate SSIS packages to Extract, transfer and load the data in the data warehouse
• Understanding the business ad-hoc reports and its requirements, and then developing, collecting, analyzing, and sharing data to help business teams drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results
• Ensures the timeline, quality, and integrity of the data, in order to provide an accurate report
• Investigate issues that may appear in data that may affect business and solve it
• Develop a T-SQL Script to retrieve the required data merging between tables or linking between two servers
• Develop an automated T-SQL Script, delivering Ad-hoc Report
• Working with colleagues to make sure that the front-end applications responsible for delivering Business Intelligence reports are stable, reliable and updated
• Presenting the report in the best way using cubes or any optimal visualization tool
• Monitoring daily Reports to ensure the stability of the systems and make the necessary investigation's if there are any problems.

Achievement's :

• Being part of a project of the charging system upgrade. Develop a solution for the Network department to track the network performance.
