Maintaining the bonus part of the salary for all medical personnel and the front desk for closing the month
Scheduling patient appointments for doctors, calling patients and inviting them to a new appointment
Formation of the patient’s personal file and verification of his insurance (for each patient, a chart is formed for the doctor, indicating all the patient’s personal data, his insurance, diseases, allergies, pharmacies, etc.). If the patient has medical insurance, the responsibilities of the front desk manager include checking the insurance for its activity, as well as coverage for a medical examination, the availability of Deductible and co-pay for a visit to a specialist, and calling with representatives of insurance companies to accurately determine insurance coverage for diagnostic tests and procedures.
Assistance in filling out a medical card application (entire medical history) upon patient request
Receiving calls and coordinating the caller by department, or consultation on available services and prices.
Analysis of problematic files and working on them with the billing department
Report to doctors and manager on the number of patients and closing of the shift
Archiving of documents, and transfer of superbills and eligibility to the billing department.
