● Supported and repaired avionics systems, components, and assemblies for 5 different platform levels; UH-1Y, AH-1W, MH-53E, C-130 and CH-53E.

● Documented work assignments using NALCOMIS (Naval Aviation Logistics Command Operating Maintenance Information System).

Inspected and oversaw work center maintenance actions as a Quality Assurance Collateral Duty Inspector, accumulating over 12,506 man hours.

● Led 3 avionics work centers as well as personnel in production efforts, maintenance, and maintenance practices in direct support of 115 aircraft, resulting in a Ready for Issue rate of 98%.

● Through Lean Six Sigma, reduced and sustained the time to reliably replenish by inspecting and supervising over 3,229 maintenance actions.
