Custom Section 1

  • During my fourteen years of working in Special Education with BCPS I have learned many strategies to support the students and team. I enjoy supporting a team and encouraging them with open communication.
  • Being Assistant Director of J Camps Teen Program brought new challenges each day but I welcomed it knowing it could only keep my skills sharp.
  • Working in the martial arts community gave me the opportunity to see the growth process from the begging. Watching how our teammates take wins & losses and how to be humble & resilient. Planning community events, in house events & large scale events of course is rewarding after all the planning & coordination but the preparation & attention to detail makes it easier each time.
  • Having four children and now a grandchild, managing a family is not far off from planning events each month.
