• Member of the physiologic birth committee from October 2023-currently a member. This committee focused on reducing Cesarean section rates and improving the physiologic birth process for our patients.
• Member of the fetal demise committee from July 2025- currently a member. This committee focused on improving the paperwork process and providing support for our nurses to know what mementos we have for parents.
• Member of the operating room committee from August 2025- currently a member. This committee focused on introducing early recovery after surgery (ERAs) into our policies and procedures to improve our patients' post-op recovery process and reduce surgical site infections.
