Assisted Living and Memory Care.she suffered from high levels of anxiety and aggression.

I was assigned to her upon her arrival while working under Brookdale as an Home Health Aide. She was very fit and had a private yoga session 2-3 times

week. I was asked by the family to go full time as a Private Duty Aide,All staff felt it was the best solution so Mrs.Maddox could continue her care at Brookdale.
