  • Performs legal research using internal resources and is responsible for preparing contracts, requiring knowledge and understanding of legal jargon.
  • Initiates the legal contracting process, including ensuring contract offering is in line with pre-approved compensation grids and contract standards.
  • Creates contracts, amendments, addenda, and other legal documents.
  • Creates contracts and amendments for all Regional Medical Director contracts.

  • Trains Operations and the Regional Manager Departments on the Job Requisition process to ensure requests are approved and delivered to appropriate recruiting areas.
  • Reviews contracts for any deviations to ensure the timely payment of bonuses, salary increases, etc., and enters pertinent pay and dates into department calendar.
  • Ensures compliance is maintained by Specialists (Ops Coordinators) on all contract requests processed to ensure timely turnaround.
  • Keys, audits, and manages packets for Oracle payroll processing.
  • Assists with audits on reporting, as needed.
