I use my 30 years of organic gardening experience, 14 years of working with youth in gardens, communication skills, and passion for nature and my community to engage children and families in increasing their skills in organic gardening and tending to the health of the earth's systems around them. I am a lifelong learner, and I continually read and pursue ongoing opportunities to increase my subject knowledge, skills, and understanding of human and nonhuman nature so that I can serve better over time.
