Highly effective special educator with a remarkable ability to foster students' academic and social-emotional growth. I possess decades of successful experience working in a Title I building, promoting student success within the dynamics of those challenges. I bring a wealth of knowledge and application to the classroom as I have been trained in many research-based programs geared towards students with learning and behavioral differences. I am also highly familiar with the IEP process and in developing the necessary and appropriate supports within those plans. I truly believe that all students can achieve success and become independent, motivated learners with the right supports in place.
