- Prepared technical scopes of work for various sizes, locations, and complexity of proposals and projects. One of the largest projects included a two-story CMU vicinity building for use by the military. It was a {Dimensions} composing of 38 rooms in six buildings.
- Supervised preparation of various scopes of work and cost estimates to clients, ensuring proper scoping of services, availability of resources, and pricing focused on efficiency.
- Planned detailed site investigations by drilling to collect samples and analyzing the subsurface conditions through samples of deposits or bedrock.
- Oversaw lab and inspection services of samples, including asphalt and concrete testing, soil and aggregate testing, mechanical, electrical, steel, welding, and bolting testing. One project included the testing for an airfield in Jalalabad, Afghanistan under the Coalition Forces. It included {1,000 cubic feet} concrete runway completed in three phases over two years, a more than $1 million project.
- To maximize cost-efficiency, we sourced general labor and materials from the local area and built positive working relationships with these local partners.
- Lead and participated in multi-disciplinary, multi-geographic project teams.
- Trained and supervised lab technicians. At one time, there were six military bases in Afghanistan being constructed, which required the oversight of approximately 50 people in labs across different provinces working on between 5-6 projects.
