I am a retired elementary teacher who is an enthusiastic professional committed to fostering students' academic, social, and emotional growth. In addition to having experience teaching several grades with differentiated instruction. I value the importance of implementing good communication with administrators and other educators collaboratively. It is rewarding to work with students in small group instruction, with the goal of helping students gain confidence and success in meeting their learning benchmarks. My teaching philosophy is that every child has the ability to learn with appropriate support and opportunities to reach their potential.
