Strategic Planning & Activation Leadership
- Direct cross-organizational strategy sessions to define event vision, KPIs, and success frameworks.
- Develop dynamic timing & action schedules ensuring deliverable accountability and execution.
- Own budget strategy: forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and financial insight reporting.
- Manage global travel logistics (visas, vendor licensing) and enterprise risk mitigation with Safety & Security partners.
- Negotiate and structured comprehensive contractual agreements with vendors, talent, and partners optimized for value and brand alignment.
- Collaborate closely with PR, Social, Design, Partnerships, Communications, and Talent teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Serve as a connective tissue between creative, marketing, and operational teams, fostering trust, clarity, and shared ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Align internal teams around timelines, roles, and priorities, enabling efficient decision-making in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.
Concept & Creative Design Direction
- Spearhead creative ideation sessions and led integrated briefs inclusive of narrative, design, and experiential KPIs.
- Partner with creative and design teams to bring concepts to life through immersive environments, compelling visual storytelling, and audience-first experience design.
- Guide creative execution from concept through delivery, ensuring all elements reflect brand voice, cultural relevance, and production feasibility.
- Produce premier creative deliverables including strategic video elements, environmental design, and high-impact audience engagement tools.
- Drive consistent brand voice and cultural resonance across all guest touchpoints.
Production & Execution Excellence
- Oversee comprehensive production logistics: scenic fabrication, audiovisual systems, guest services, hospitality, and registration operations.
- Orchestrate seamless guests journeys: from the initial touchpoint (paid-media/social), onsite welcome, overall guest experience, and departure.
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of pop-up retail experiences from concept to launch.
- Manage site selection, vendor partners, staffing, and on-site operations.
- Optimize guest flow, engagement, and brand storytelling within event environments.
- Embed sustainability initiatives into core production practices, advancing environmental stewardship.
- Build detailed production playbooks: staffing matrices, run-of-show documentation, communications plans, and cross-functional roles.
- Direct onsite teams ensuring precision alignment to brand narrative and operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional experiential quality and elevated guest satisfaction metrics.
