  • I also coordinated with all other departments on property to ensure guest requests were met including Sales, Housekeeping, Bell, In-room dining, etc.
  • Furthermore, many groups used event space on property and that required consistent interactions with group contacts and group resume review
  • In order to ensure proper guest recognition for frequent stays or celebrations, it was my responsibility to ensure PBX operators analyzed guest relation reports and entered this information into guest reservations to inform the rest of property.
