  • Cost- Team reduced cost per ton produced from 43% in 2024 YE and an additional 15% through Q2 2025 by lowering spend and improving overall production.
  • Safety- finished 2024 at 2.84 TCIR vs 7.39 in 2023 and achieved 0.0 TCIR and over 400 days accident free by Q3 2025.

  • Growth- Put processes in place to support the business as it increased sales over 300% in four years. Developed forecast model for the business along with regular reviews of profitability
  • Growth- Organized project management team from the ground up-going from nothing to three project managers in one year., all capable of quoting and managing multi-million dollar projects for major oil companies, both domestic and international.
  • Growth- Developed systems to track financial performance of projects from quotation phase through completion phase. Projects team developed procedures to integrate use of CRM system into QCS business practices.
  • Profitability- Improved purchasing organization from one buyer to a team of four buyers. Oversaw creation of standard reporting to measure on time delivery, supplier performance, regular communication with operations, and financial performance of all closed jobs. Ensured ERP system (MS Dynamics/Great Plains) was utilized to fullest extent in processes.
