In addition to producing leather for research development, my job required producing accurate color formulas to be used in the mass production of leather for automotive manufacturers, as well as formulation of accurate processing details for the production factories, detailing embossing machinery pressure and temperature settings that meet the automotive manufacturers specific design demands.As well as producing leather for automotive manufacturers design departments such as Stellantis, Honda, General motors and numerous major automotive companies, also including internal research and development. Shop and equipment maintenance is always a key focus. Including maintaining and rotating chemical stock, cleaning and maintaining a neat and tidy work space, taking in stock and maintaining inventory. Managing inventory included using a forklift which I have certification as a forklift operator through Bell Forklift.
