Summary

Dear Hiring manager (s), My name is Dani-Rae.

Here are some things to know about me! I am a Natural born Leader, Teacher and Humanitarian who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of others!

I was intrigued to learn of the Adult Case manager position through HCRS in Springfield VT. Some of the things about HCRS that really stood out to me were your Core Values, your Vision on Community and your Mission Statement to be, " Creative, Collaborative, and Compassionate" which pretty much sums up my philosophy on life!

Over the past 10 years I have done a tremendous amount of personal and professional growth! There have been many challenging and un preferred experiences along the way, and with that as well as higher education I have learned more effective ways of communicating, how to manage stressors/triggers, setting appropriate boundaries for self and others, balancing self-care and caring for others as well as follow through!

I have been in search of a "Team oriented" company that can foster my creativity, drive and provide me with a foundation for a long lasting career! I believe that HCRS is that place for me. I am confident that I would be an excellent fit for the position because I am willing to do the "hard work" and I am ready to be taught how to effectively perform in the "Case manager" Role! If I were hired for the Adult Case Manager position I would be dedicated to using my innate and trained skills to serve the company and community as well as continue ongoing learning. Thank you for your time and for considering my interest in the Adult Case manager Position.

Sincerely,

Dani Hutchins-Martin
